You are very important to us, where would we be without you!? And we know you are just as excited about getting your clothing as we are about making them for you! So we want to get the right order to you as quickly as possible. If we have made a mistake with your order then contact us straightaway at myorder@iheartdropdead.com or on 0114 2492128 so that we can put it right and make you happy!

Exchanges
You may exchange item(s) that are too big/small or if you would rather have another style. Please ensure that the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. We cannot exchange underwear/swimwear for hygiene reasons.
In Brief, you will need to:
- Fill out the Exchange form on the back of your delivery note that came with the order.
- Mail the item(s) to our Returns Department.
- Enclose £3 (or the equivalent in another currency) for exchanges. Please state whether you've paid by cash, cheque or PayPal.
When we have received the items and receipt in the mail, we will then process another order with your preferred exchange. You will then receive two emails --one that states that we've processed the order and another to let you know it has been dispatched.
How Do I Know What My Measurement Is?
To find your chest measurement use a tape measure --place the tape around your chest, just under your arms, the measurement all the way around is your chest measurement. Add an inch or two for a loose fit.

The length is from the top of the collar (top of shoulder) to the bottom edge of the t-shirt.
How To Place An Order
The following procedure applies to all countries:
- Choose which category you would like to shop from Guys, Girls, Bottoms, Jackets / Jumpers, Accessories, or Fun Stuff
- Click on the product you wish to buy
- Choose the size - quantity.
- Press the 'Add to Basket' button. Repeat for more products.
- Click 'Checkout' to view your order. Click 'Checkout'for next step.
- If you are not logged on you have the option to open an account to save your details for next time. Choose one of the three selections: Login, Open Account, or Order Without Opening and Account.
- Enter billing information if necessary. Click 'Continue to Next Step'
- 3.00 GBP will be added for shipping. Choose your Shipping address: 'Use Billing Address' or fill in shipping information and click 'Use This New Address'.
- Choose what payment method you would like to use. You may pay by Credit Card, PayPal or Gift Certificate. Cards we accept can be found here. Click 'Continue to Next Step'
- You Payment Summary should show up at the bottom of the page. Please check for any mistakes. Read the Terms and Conditions and click 'Submit Order To Us'
- You will be redirected to the appropriate payment page to make the transaction.
- Once the payment has cleared, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order onto our system.
- You will receive another email when we dispatch your order.
*Note: if there is any problem with your order we will contact you at the email address or telephone number you have supplied on your order.
Orders placed before 2pm are normally processed the same day, orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day (Mon-Fri).

I Want To Model Drop Dead
Yes, we get a lot of inquiries about modelling for Drop Dead. To clear things up, the models we currently (and in the past) have used are friends of the company and have had some sort of professional modelling experience.
No, we are not looking for models at the moment and we will not be having a model contest this year. If you contact us about this, you will be directed to this page.

I've Got A Talent/Band/Event. How Can I Get Sponsored?
We are really stoked so many people love our clothes and want to be sponsored by us! We love hearing new music and seeing sick videos of talented people, however we can't take everyone on.

Is It Safe To Place My Order Online?
Yes! We use a Secure server to ensure your payment details remain safe. Ordering online is the quickest most efficient way to order from us however we will accept cheques and postal order (GB pounds only) payable to Drop Dead Clothing.
Prices
Prices quoted on our web store are GBP (British pounds), EUR, and USD.
If ordering from outside these countries, your credit card company/bank
will convert the equivalent amount into your local currency.

Returns
If your order is unsuitable for any reason you can return it to us for a full refund or an exchange within 28 days of purchase (42 days overseas customer) please also see Terms and Conditions.
In brief, you will need to:
- Provide us with full details on the returns sheet on the back of your delivery note.
- Mail the item with the competed order receipt to our Returns Department to: Returns Department, Drop Dead Clothing, Riverside House, Nursery Street, Sheffield, S3 8GG, England
- Pay for the cost of shipping for returning the item to us.*
- Enclose £3 (or the equivalent in another currency) for exchanges. Please state whether you've paid by cash, cheque or PayPal.
- Ensure the item for refund/exchange is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Sorry we cannot exchange or refund underwear for hygiene reasons!
*If we have made an unlikely mistake of sending you a damaged or wrong item, we will reimburse all shipping costs.

Why Hasn't My Payment Gone Through?
As mentioned above, our payment system is very secure. Payments not
going through can be due to spending too much time (over 15 minutes) on
the payment section. Also, there is the unlikely chance that your bank
or one of the transaction systems is too busy and may not respond to
the payment request. If this happens, waiting around a half hour or
using a different credit card will solve this problem.
If the problem still persists, you may also use your credit card through PayPal.
